Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Specialist to join our team. As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for expertly managing our Amazon accounts, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes having a deep understanding of Amazon and experience in media buying, both of which are core components for the role.

You will play a key role in making sure the operations are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success. Beyond your experience, we are looking for someone who not only brings valuable expertise but also is a data nerd, team collaborator, and able to work with cultures worldwide.

As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
  • Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) account health and providing recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Being responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
  • Developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Managing Amazon Case Management such as inventory reconciliations, tracking shipments, listing optimizations issues.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations across all Amazon-related activities.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and drive quality traffic.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Managing advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated spending limits.
  • Monitoring daily spending and adjusting campaign bids, targeting parameters, and budget allocations as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
  • Implementing conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns in driving desired actions, such as form submissions, purchases, or sign-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce space.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising.
  • The ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • A deep understanding of Amazon's advertising/seller central/vendor central ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other advertising channels.
  • The ability to identify high-performing keywords and maximize bids for maximum ROI.
  • The ability to allocate advertising budgets across different campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.
  • The ability to prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
