Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven virtual assistant who knows Amazon FBA inside out and thrives on accountability.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.

As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.

This includes creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments from creation to successful delivery, and conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.

You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication, handling refunds, replacements, and resolving negative feedback.

Additionally, you will analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions, monitor account health and performance metrics, and fix issues before they escalate.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis.

You will also need to be detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and results-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus qualifications include familiarity with business and accounting principles.

  • Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.

  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.

  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
