Job Title:

A skilled Accountant with experience in QuickBooks is required to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to perform various financial tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct reconciliations of all accounts as needed.
  • Maintain and balance the general ledger.
  • Process payments and manage accounts payable.
  • Invoice clients, manage deposits, collect payments, and recognize revenue.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (licenses/certifications may be required).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping within QuickBooks Online.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Mathematical, accounting, and financial processes knowledge.
  • Ethical behavior.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
