We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our support team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support via chat and email, helping and guiding customers through our app and ensuring they have an exceptional user experience in English.

You will be our customers' voice by sharing their feedback and reporting any issues. You will collaborate with different teams and have a direct impact on improving our product. You will also represent Vivid Money and build trustful relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and report recurring issues or areas for improvement, contributing to product development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless customer experiences.
