Job Title: Virtual Support Professional
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Support Professional to manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the team when necessary. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar). They should also be familiar with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Perform research, data collection, and report preparation
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion
- Support social media updates and light content creation (optional based on skillset)
- Coordinate with team members and vendors as required
- Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist in creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
