Main Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for the retention of a portfolio of clients, maintaining and growing the revenue they bring into the company.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusting relationships through regular communication and reporting.
  • Partner with clients to define quarterly and annual goals, developing actionable strategies to achieve them.

Qualifications
