  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that requests are triaged through a single intake and portfolio management process.
  • Define, report, and orchestrate decision-making to deliver Payroll portfolio and priorities at a global level.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to think clearly and problem-solve, and experience working in a matrix organization where most team members do not report directly to the PMO.

Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in Program/Transformation Management, including managing complex software implementation.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise.
  3. Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.
