Job Summary
The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and providing information regarding our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Respond to client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Gather information from clients to resolve their issues or answer their questions
• Provide accurate and helpful responses to client inquiries
• Resolve client complaints in a fair and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution

Requirements
• High School graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate (new curriculum)
• Excellent English communication and interaction skills
• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Willingness to work on-site
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent (6-12 months)
