Orbit Teleservices is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Healthcare Assistants.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, email, or chat, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely support for their healthcare-related inquiries.
- Communicate with clients regarding plan coverage, benefits, and claims, demonstrating empathy and understanding when addressing complex issues.
- Responsible for accurately documenting each interaction, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive health information, and adhering to compliance standards.
- College graduate (any course) – with or without experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong comprehension and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work onsite
- Paid training
