Job Role:

A Senior Site Reliability Engineer is needed to architect and run OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software defined storage, while enabling devsecops for applications running on that infrastructure.

This role involves bringing Python software-engineering skills and rigour to the operations domain, practicing devsecops from bare metal to application, and operating cloud environments with hundreds of private cloud, Kubernetes, and application clusters for customers across physical and public cloud estates.

About the Job:
  • A strong understanding of Linux networking and storage is required, as well as experience with Python software development and operational experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and run OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software defined storage.
  • Enable devsecops for applications running on that infrastructure.
  • Operate cloud environments with hundreds of private cloud, Kubernetes, and application clusters.
  • Practice devsecops from bare metal to application.
