The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities- Experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
- Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
- Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
- Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
