Job Description:

  • Project planning and execution - Supervise all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and completion.
  • Budget and cost management - create and monitor project budgets, track expenditures and manage procurement processes, analyze financial data and provide regular updates and reports on budget status to management and stakeholders.
  • Team leadership - lead and coordinate, provide clear direction, support, and guidance to team members, facilitate regular project meetings and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-On Project Management (Not Contractor-Dependent) - take full ownership of project implementation and execution by actively managing the site and coordinating directly with internal teams, minimize dependency on external contractors by leveraging in-house resources and overseeing work personally, conduct site inspections and on-the-ground assessments to ensure that quality, safety, and timelines are strictly followed and resolve issues in real-time and lead by example through proactive, hands-on supervision of daily project activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • 5-10 years of working experience into construction, housing, horizontal or land development
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Preferably residing in East Metro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
