Job Summary

This role involves analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance, creating general ledger invoice transactions with attention to detail, and managing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.


Responsibilities
  • Review policy documentation to guarantee precision and adherence to guidelines
  • Create accurate general ledger entries with meticulous attention to detail
  • Send daily invoices to clients and stakeholders via email
  • Efficiently process billing corrections within the ledger system
  • Manage a substantial number of invoices every day (approximately 75-100)

Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but applicants with or without experience in accounting are encouraged to apply
  • A fundamental understanding of accounting principles, preferably backed by prior experience as a Bookkeeper, is desired
  • The position is open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow
