We are seeking a diligent Staff Accountant to join our financial team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare entries, closures, reconciliations, and schedules for fixed assets and the general ledger.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights.
  • Monitor and record cash collections.
  • Reconcile and analyze accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team on implementing workflows and the closing process.
  • Develop clear and concise workpapers and analysis.
  • Communicate financial data effectively.
  • Prepare entries, schedules, and matrices.
  • Closely supervise journal entries and month-end close.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and lead special projects.
  • Sustain internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and analysis.
  • Pursue department-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook), as well as QuickBooks and other finance-related software.
  • Detailed, flexible, and organized approach.
  • Able to produce results independently.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in analytical, quantitative, and social skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
