Business Intelligence Analyst Role

Spreetail is a rapidly growing e-commerce company with a vision to propel brands across the globe, improving operational efficiency.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to drive efficient solutions for our key accounts. The successful candidate will analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to deliver actionable insights.

This role requires a data-minded individual who can dive deep into details and provide comprehensive reports every week.

  • Analyze complex data sets and generate weekly reports.
  • Source new reports to continually inform and increase client stickiness with Spreetail's offerings.
  • Anticipate possible issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance and present solutions to detect, eliminate, or fix them expeditiously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
  • Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

This is a remote position requiring an available work-from-home setup. We offer flexibility and autonomy to our team members.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments, preferably with 3PL expertise.
