**Operations and Data Analyst Role**We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and workflow management.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards. You will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst is required. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to build and work with financial/data models are also essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
