Sales Compensation Analyst

Our organization is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our global Sales Commission Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all sales commission data and timely calculation and payment of commission earnings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with commission plans. They will be responsible for monthly commission calculations, maintaining accurate records, and providing detailed compensation reports as requested.
