
Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an appointment setter. Your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector, facilitating the sales process through targeted messaging and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound calls to strategically selected healthcare practices, dental clinics, hearing health providers, physical therapy centers, and other relevant businesses
- Sending personalized direct messages via various platforms to generate interest and build rapport
- Qualifying potential leads using a proven outreach framework
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate recording of details in relevant systems
- Utilizing powerdialer tools like Kixie to track metrics and meet weekly appointment targets
- Familiarizing yourself with established scripts while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust
You will be working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. If you possess excellent verbal and written English skills, a proven track record in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation, and a strong ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
- A proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven individual
- A stable internet connection and professional work environment
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
