
Sales Development Representative

Base pay range: $4.00/hr - $5.00/hr
Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process.
- Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.
- Engage in question-led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, and urgency for WFS offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach to understand goals, objectives, and buying motives.
- Utilize WFS sales material to ensure leads consume content prior to showing up to the call with a closer.
- Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
- Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including lead management, follow-up, and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
- Display WFS core values to contribute to a high performance culture.
- 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high-ticket or consultative sales process.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- You are driven to be a top producer/top earner.
- You have experience in phone/Zoom sales.
- You understand sales is a numbers game and you are competitive.
- You want to advance your sales career but may not yet have extensive closer experience.
- You are energetic, tenacious, and capable of high-volume dialing.
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to every room.
- You are strategic and enjoy the sales process.
- You are coachable and disciplined and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- You do not meet the listed requirements or cannot commit to learning our systems and processes.
- You do not work well in a structured team setting with other top performers.
- You lack strong communication skills or prefer not to engage in a fast-paced sales environment.
- You are not seeking a sales role with room to grow.
- Job Type: Independent Contractor
- Compensation: $4-$5 per hour with bonus opportunities and uncapped commissions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Time Zones)
- Location: Fully remote / location independent
