Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of our members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake, admission/discharge information, and post-notification processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams to manage member requests and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Process incoming and outgoing referrals, prior authorizations, and census roles accurately and within established timelines.
  • Provide triage and care coordination notification for non-clinical assessment/intervention as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to create, edit, save, and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The capacity to type and talk simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
