Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee the execution of orders and manage supply chain reporting globally. This role involves taking ownership of order lifecycle management, PO handling, inventory tracking, and contract manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead order processing from intake to delivery confirmation and resolve RMA issues.
  • Own PO lifecycle reporting: publish trackers, analyze estimates vs actuals, and support invoice-to-PO matching.
  • Resolve Master Data Management (MDM) issues and escalate exceptions as required.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners for rack manufacturing and staging orders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on inventory health, PO status, STO (Stock Transfer Orders), and open issues.
  • Drive issue resolution within defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Engage daily with US counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Purchase Order management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.

Able to work in a cross-functional, global, customer-facing environment.
