Supply Chain Optimization Expert | Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Expert to support and enhance all aspects of the supply chain process.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and influence skills. The ideal candidate will perform data analysis to find trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities in inventory management, production planning, and demand management.

The role involves the preparation of comprehensive reports and scenario planning to anticipate and mitigate risks and provide insights that support both short-term and longer-term operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional supply chain teams to support daily operations and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive reports across planning activities, inventory levels, and key supply chain metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain analysis and inventory management.
  • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AU or US logistics processes and invoicing is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and logistics/ERP platforms is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments are necessary.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment is required.
