About the Role

  • Our client is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain operations — from procurement to warehouse, production planning, and distribution. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in supply chain management, strong expertise in warehouse and inventory operations, and preferably hands-on experience in commissary management—particularly within baking, cooking, and food production supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead commissary operations by developing and executing supply chain strategies that support product development, innovation, and overall business goals.
  • Lead R&D initiatives in collaboration with culinary and production teams to develop cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality products.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier partnerships, and raw material sourcing to ensure consistent quality, price stability, and timely availability.
  • Manage inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve storage and distribution efficiency.
  • Ensure the proper handling, storage, and movement of ingredients and finished goods in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Align raw material availability with production schedules to support baking and cooking timelines, minimize downtime, and enhance operational flow.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across the commissary to reduce costs, increase yield, and boost overall operational performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop commissary, warehouse, and supply chain teams to foster accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • At least 10 years' supply chain experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Must have experience in the Warehouse and Food Industries.
  • Proven track record in warehouse operations management.
  • Preferably with experience or knowledge in baking, cooking, and food production supply chains.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory control, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.

Other Details:

  • Work Setup: Monday to Friday | Hybrid (2x WFH per week) | Mandaue, Cebu
  • Salary Range: Php130,000-150,000
