Job Overview

As a seasoned digital commerce expert, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing high-performing e-commerce websites and user experiences across various platforms. Your key objective will be to design engaging landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that seamlessly guide customers through the buying journey using data-driven insights to enhance usability and conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities
  • CRO-Driven Web Design: Develop and optimize high-converting e-commerce websites by applying proven CRO strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create compelling landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that cater to the needs of users and encourage them to take action.
  • Apply conversion-focused design principles to maximize revenue from existing traffic streams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Journey & User Experience: Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to ensure smooth navigation and clear calls-to-action that drive conversions.
  • Design responsive layouts that perform exceptionally well across various devices.
  • Employ visual and animation cues to direct attention and stimulate conversions.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior e-commerce web designer with a portfolio showcasing CRO-driven websites that have demonstrated measurable conversion improvements.
  • A minimum of some e-commerce samples demonstrating tangible conversion enhancements.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles to increase purchases and maximize revenue from existing traffic streams.
  • Ability to analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps.
  • Strong grasp of customer journey mapping, calls-to-action, and responsive design elements.
  • Ability to recommend impactful product page improvements with clear rationale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage multiple design projects efficiently.
