Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Escalate dissatisfaction to proper channels to ensure prompt resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential
  • Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems is necessary
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented, empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
