Event Design Lead

The role of an Event Design Lead is to anchor a team of creatives, harmonizing visual storytelling and brand identity into a cohesive narrative that speaks to the client's vision. The leader brings concepts to fruition and ensures creative decisions amplify the brand's voice across multidimensional spectrums.

  • Manage a team of designers to create 3D renders and 2D artworks that translate event concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Implementations, and External Vendors.
  • Show passion and keen eye for visual design principles.
  • Review research materials to understand brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
  • Provide clear creative direction for the design team.
  • Provide training and guidance to Junior Designers and craft internal processes to improve dynamics and outputs.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project align with client requirements.
  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts and communicate them with relevant teams.
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in a management role; extensive experience in the same or related industry.
Key Skills
  • Proven ability to design for diverse audiences, brands, and industries.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities and tight deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in 3D and 2D designs with advanced graphic design skills.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists at all levels.
