Job Summary

Multimedia Artists for Events are innovative professionals who bring creative visions to life through outstanding design judgment and technical expertise. Often collaborating with Content Strategists, they develop 2D and 3D designs, illustrations, and animations that enhance event experiences. Proficient in a variety of design and editing software, they thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, embracing teamwork and staying ahead of industry trends to contribute to the success of the creative team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 2D and 3D designs, illustrations, and visual effects using various digital tools.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, texturing, mapping, and animation techniques to create engaging event visuals.
  • Execute graphic design and minor animation tasks to support event content needs.
  • Ensure efficient time management strategies for seamless project execution and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in multimedia design, ensuring innovative and compelling outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with content strategists, event managers, accounts, and other creative team members to align visuals with event concepts and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or 3D Artist, preferably in an event or experiential marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance the overall event experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visual elements.
  • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning in the multimedia and events space.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in stage, exhibition, or event design.
  • Experience in motion graphics, VFX, or interactive media, a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of AR/VR technology and its applications in events.
