Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to drive complex IT projects and programs. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

You will guide project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder relationships, timelines, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Guidance of project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Management of stakeholder relationships, timelines, and resources.
  • Mentorship of junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence in project management practices.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of five years' experience in information technology, system development, implementation, maintenance, and/or data science projects.
  2. Experience heading at least two projects with private and/or government clients in the past five years, preferably on a national rollout or implementation.
  3. Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, advanced project management certification, or Scrum Master certified is preferred.
  4. A graduate degree is preferable.
  5. Relevant training in Project Management is mandatory.
