About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering timely and professional support to clients' customers across various communication channels.

  • Responds to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provides assistance and resolution for common issues, including booking problems, refunds, and general service questions.
  • Reviews and processes pet sitter applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete.
  • Performs booking modifications, including changes to dates, services, or pricing as requested by clients or sitters.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Escalating high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
  • Following internal guidelines and workflows to ensure all actions are properly documented and compliant.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat.
  • A proven track record working for an Australian company and understanding the Australian market.
  • A passion for pets, which enables you to empathize and communicate with clients who adore pets.
  • Ability to work from home permanently.
