  2. Documentation Management: Process shipping documents, handle bills of lading, and manage 3PL billing
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and reconcile discrepancies
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve transportation-related issues
  5. Cost Management: Optimize shipping routes, negotiate rates with carriers, and control transportation costs
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze transportation data to identify trends, improve processes, and inform decision-making
  7. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree Holder
  2. More than 2 years experience as Admin in the fleet and transportation industry
  3. Ability to work on-site every weekday and travel if needed
