The primary objective of this role is to drive the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across various projects. As a technical connector, collaborator, and communicator, you will be expected to possess strong user empathy and understanding of problems before identifying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to User Story Acceptance Criteria by reviewing requirements and collaborating with Delivery Leads to ensure clear and testable project expectations.
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to efficiently meet project deadlines and quality goals, estimating as necessary.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, effectively communicating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features, continuously tracking improvements.
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to maintain the highest level of software quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities and teams.
  • Proficiency in developing test plans and writing test cases, with expertise in JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with tenacious, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated traits.
