Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Capital District. As a pivotal role, you will focus on quality assurance testing, emphasizing release and regression testing. This position is crucial in maintaining high-quality standards of our services.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Performing quality assurance testing on individual tickets with a strong emphasis on release and regression testing.
  • Executing manual testing with opportunities for automation testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficient experience in quality assurance manual testing.
  • Experience in executing regression testing.
  • Competence in using Postman for testing purposes.
  • A track record of successful project outcomes as a QA Analyst.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment.
  • Relevant certifications in QA or software testing.
