Senior App Quality Assurance Specialist

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior App Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Craft comprehensive test plans to guarantee thorough testing and validation of software releases.
  • Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation, reflecting the latest updates and changes.
  • Report performance issues and contribute to overall user satisfaction through data-driven insights.
  • Participate actively in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our software ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with app usage on mobile and web platforms is required, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

The selected candidate will be open to learning new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
