Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Description:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products. The successful candidate will lead the quality assurance strategy across teams, mentoring QA engineers and driving automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as team leadership. They will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

This includes test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.

They will also monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable. Furthermore, they will review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.

Maintenance and enhancement of the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing will also be key responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
