Job Title

A Quality Assurance Specialist is needed to collaborate with a cross-functional team in creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and cases.

  • This role involves reviewing system specifications, conducting testing, both manual and automated, before product launches.
Responsibilities
  1. Test complex software systems developed in an agile development environment.
  2. Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures.
  3. Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement.
  4. Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinate with all team members.
  5. Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation.
  6. Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing.
  7. Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria.
  8. Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the QA process, and collaborating with Development team.
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL.
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations.
