Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to system enhancements, continuous improvements, functionality changes, and standard requests related to system operation.

This versatile job entails collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that technology aligns with customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an expert in support topics, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain user support materials (how-to guides, tutorials) and deliver training to colleagues across functions.
  • Maintain data integrity by identifying trends and performing system audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday functional solutions.

Familiarity with key Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits is also necessary.
