Responsibilities

Employee Experience

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

  • This role will be part of a global team spanning multiple countries, specifically the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

  • Manage employee data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

HR Administration

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • Ownership of our people playbook, ensuring documented processes and links are up-to-date and accurate.

  • Lattice administration, including surveys, review cycles, and impact conversations.

  • Report on people initiatives as required.

Employee Relations

  • Triage Zendesk tickets, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
