Software Engineer Position Overview

This role is for a talented software engineer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong background in application development to support our Payroll product, assist US customers, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and contribute to developing new software features.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working experience in application development and proficiency in one of the following NodeJS frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS.
  • They should also be proficient in ReactJS and have experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD; commitment to quality software development.
  • The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance.

This mid-senior level position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work following the US time zone.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients.
  • Provide timely technical support to clients within the US time zone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance.
  • Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference.
  • Help in developing new software features.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major.
  • Strong programming principles and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
