Job Overview

This role involves promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace.


Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee the company's occupational health and safety program
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and submit required reports
  • Conduct mandatory training sessions and emergency preparedness drills
  • Provide first aid and emergency care to employees
  • Monitor and record employee health conditions and verify medical certificates
  • Assess general health status and conduct home/hospital visits if needed
  • Develop and implement workplace health programs to promote wellness and prevent illness
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices to reduce workplace accidents
  • Maintain and secure medical records, equipment, and inventories of medicines and supplies
  • Coordinate with HMO providers for annual physical exams and employee benefits
  • Prepare and manage health-related reports and billing accuracy for medical services

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
  • BOSH Training (Safety Officer 2 certification preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
