Product Strategy Manager

Role Overview

As a key member of the product development team, you will lead product strategy from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet business objectives while driving innovation and success. You will make informed decisions based on data-driven insights and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to align product strategies with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively update them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories in collaboration with engineers and business teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
