Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves researching, building targeted lead lists, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments, collaborating with the marketing team, and tracking metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Build targeted lists and stay up-to-date on industry tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain targeted lead lists through research and data analysis.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
- Ability to develop lead lists through research and identify key target markets.
- Comfort with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
- 20 hours per week
- Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-12 PM Eastern Standard Time or 8-5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and half-day on Friday.
