Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist

This role is a great chance for ambitious individuals to build their careers in sales and business development. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities, researching and identifying potential clients in the disability services sector, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, booking and coordinating client appointments, converting leads into active service participants, collaborating with leadership on growth strategies, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare or disability services sector, strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools, self-motivation, professional phone manner and presentation, and experience in a B2B sales environment.
