Market Development

  • Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities, both local and international.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Monitor sales metrics and create reports on performance and forecasts.
Strategic Planning
  • Assist in the formulation of short- and long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Brand Promotion & Representation
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Support marketing efforts and campaigns to raise brand awareness and product visibility.
Contract & Proposal Management
  • Review contracts, quotations, and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and suppliers when necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
