Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to lead the creation of launch kits, production-ready 2D assets, and light 3D or AI renders for our B2B products in North America.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires strong design skills, Illustrator expertise, and familiarity with WordPress front-end. The ideal candidate will have a great sense of design taste, be organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging launch kits, including brochures, one-pagers, spec blocks, and WordPress landing sections.
  • Design clean, production-ready 2D assets using Illustrator for web and print applications.
  • Develop light 3D or AI renders for hero and product shots.
  • Implement systemization with AI, including prompt libraries, batch exports, layout, and variant automation.
  • Maintain style guides, templates, and components for consistency across all designs.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration based on feedback.
Requirements
  • Exceptional design taste, as demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
  • Illustrator expert with strong Figma and Photoshop skills.
  • WordPress front-end familiarity, including blocks and Elementor.
  • AI fluency, including ChatGPT and design plugins/automation, as well as image and generation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, being organized, and possessing a clear understanding of English.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Basic 3D skills using Blender, KeyShot, or AI render tools.
  • Print prepress basics, including asset optimization for web use.
  • Signage or physical product background, although not required.
