Job Title: Virtual Design Specialist

As a Virtual Design Specialist, you will create visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel.

Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for customizing products and preparing files to meet precise customer and print production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & File Prep: Create and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

This role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Specialized Skills:
  • Optimizing files for print and digital output.
  • Ensuring color accuracy and consistency across media.
  • Collaborating on workflow for timely asset delivery.

Requirements include:

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
