Job Title: Contracts Engineers

As a contracts engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial planning and negotiation to contract administration and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Administration: Perform thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Technical Reporting and Correspondence: Prepare and submit detailed technical reports and correspondence related to project progress and issues.
  • Commercial Claims Preparation: Develop and negotiate commercial claims in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration, technical reporting, and correspondence in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
