Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist to manage orders, process data accurately, and provide exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Enter, update, and verify orders with high precision.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support via various communication channels.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
  • Returns and Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into our system.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce order processing and data entry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify (a plus)
