Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing product development from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets strategic objectives, driving innovation and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, proactively updating them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the product, tracking key metrics to measure success and identifying areas for improvement.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
