Marketing Expert Role

LemFi is revolutionizing financial services for immigrants through its multi-currency platform, processing over $1 billion in monthly transactions. We provide instant remittances, foreign exchange services, and multi-currency accounts.

We have 300+ employees across 15+ countries, supporting twelve currencies and integrating directly with local banks and mobile money providers. Our platform ensures fast, low-cost transactions.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for purchasing ads on Facebook / Google / Tik Tok and other paid channels.
  • Create accounts in related platforms, analyse targeted users, optimise ads contents, improve overall ROI.
  • Work closely with designers to develop ads content plan based on data analysis and user portrays.
  • Communicate with marketing and other teams to formulate digital growth strategies.
  • Keep track of latest industry trends and competitors.
  • Onboard influencers and manage influencer network.
  • Develop a B2B partnership network to drive online growth.
  • Manage Public Relations to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Support various teams within the company to plan marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimisation.
  • Experience in performance marketing role for international platforms such as google, facebook and tik tok.
  • Excellent speaking, writing and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is a plus.

This role involves working remotely within LemFi's Marketing team.
