Our team is seeking a data-driven professional to play a pivotal role in driving growth and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone who can uncover market opportunities, power targeted marketing campaigns, and build analytics to track pipeline health and performance KPIs.

The selected individual will be responsible for optimizing lead routing and engagement, predicting underwriting success, and serving as a go-to expert for GTM tools.

Key qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel, and excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics.
